I’m an IR major planning on studying abroad in Spain next semester to improve my Spanish and experience Spanish culture, of course. My school offers programs in Madrid, Salamanca, and Sevilla. I’m leaning towards Madrid, but I’m open to Salamanca and Sevilla as well. If anyone has any advice as to where I should study, I’d certainly be grateful!

I studied in Salamanca for a month and it was the best of my life. I would highly recommend it. It’s a lot like a college town!!

I studied in Sevilla last semester and it was incredible, I’d definitely recommend it (tho Madrid is lovely too, haven’t visited Salamanca)

salamanca because its a smaller city and you will be able to emerge yourself in the culture better than a big city! and my friends loved it!

Sevilla or Salamanca are certainly great ideas. I’m Spanish and I know in both places there is an incredible university atmosphere to learn
